Harness your body's natural healing power for tissue regeneration.
Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) represents the next generation of autologous platelet therapy — an advancement beyond traditional PRP (platelet-rich plasma) that offers superior, more sustained regenerative effects. PRF is created entirely from your own blood, making it one of the most natural and biocompatible regenerative treatments available in aesthetic medicine today.
The key distinction between PRF and earlier PRP protocols lies in how the blood is processed. PRF is centrifuged at a lower speed without anticoagulants, which allows the blood to begin its natural clotting process. This creates a fibrin matrix — a scaffold-like structure that captures and holds platelets, white blood cells, and growth factors. Rather than releasing everything at once like PRP, this fibrin matrix slowly releases growth factors over the course of several days and weeks, extending the regenerative stimulus significantly.
PRF stimulates collagen production, promotes angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), and accelerates cellular regeneration in the treated tissue. This makes it highly effective for facial skin quality improvement, under-eye rejuvenation when used as a liquid injection, hair follicle stimulation for hair restoration, and wound healing acceleration when combined with procedures like RF microneedling.
PRF can be used in liquid form as an injectable treatment or processed further into EZ Gel for added volumization. Our team will recommend the most appropriate PRF protocol for your specific goals at consultation.
A small amount of blood — typically 2 to 4 vials — is drawn from a vein in your arm. The process takes only a few minutes and is performed using sterile technique in our clinical treatment suite.
Your blood is placed in a specialized centrifuge and spun at a precisely calibrated low speed without anticoagulants. This separates the blood into layers, concentrating the platelet-rich fibrin above the red blood cell layer.
The PRF layer is carefully drawn off and loaded into syringes for immediate injection. For membrane applications — such as when PRF is used with microneedling — the PRF may be allowed to clot into a membrane or processed into EZ Gel form.
Your provider injects or applies the PRF to the targeted areas with precision. Treatment time depends on the application — standalone PRF injections take 20 to 30 minutes while combination treatments may take longer.
PRF results emerge progressively over weeks following each treatment session, reflecting the gradual, sustained release of growth factors from the fibrin matrix. Clients consistently report improvements in skin texture, tone, firmness, and overall radiance that deepen with each session in their treatment series.
For hair restoration applications, many clients begin noticing reduced shedding and early new growth within 2 to 3 months of their first session. Full hair restoration results are typically assessed at 6 months following a completed series.
Because PRF is derived from your own blood, there is no risk of allergic reaction or foreign body response. The treatment is exceptionally well-tolerated and the recovery experience is straightforward.
Pricing is discussed during your complimentary consultation. We'll create a customized treatment plan based on your individual goals.
PRF pricing varies depending on the number of vials processed and the areas treated. Package pricing is available for multi-session series, which we will present in full during your consultation.
